• Arrezzio dry pasta offers an average of 2.1 lbs cooked product to 1 lb of dry product. This is above average due to using ONLY 100% freshly-milled durum semolina. No flour added. Recommended serving size for a foodservice operation is 6 ounces or 170 grams.

Storage and Usage

• Please keep all dry pasta in an dry, cool environment - no direct contact with any floor or pavement - between 55 and 80°F or between 13 and 27°C. Contact us for help on precooking and refrigerated storage. Precooked pasta can last up to 3 days properly wrapped and stored in refrigeration.

• Keep pasta in a cool, dry area. Cook according to instructions on label or outer box.
