• Arrezzio dry pasta offers an average of 2.1 lbs cooked product to 1 lb of dry product. This is above average using ONLY 100% freshly-milled durum semolina. No flour added. Recommended serving size for a foodservice operation is 6 ounces or 170 grams.

• Alzada durum wheat semolina which is freshly-milled in a "just in time" manufacturing process. Arrezzio dry pasta is premium quality and noted for its colour, taste, texture and performance in sautéed, cold or baked application.

Storage and Usage

• Please keep all dry pasta in a dry, cool environment - no direct contact with any floor or pavement - between 55°F and 80°F or between 13°C and 27°C. Contact us for help on precooking and refrigerated storage. Precooked pasta can last up to 3 days properly wrapped and stored in refrigeration.

Handling Instructions

• Keep pasta in a cool, dry area. Cook according to instructions on label or outer box.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
