• This product is packed in a cardboard case containing TWO sealed plastic bags of 10 lbs each. • Dimensions of the case in inches are 15.975 x 13.325 x 8.625.

Size and Shape of Product

• Small ridged shell shaped pasta made from 100% freshly-milled durum semolina from Montana’s Golden Triangle. • Dimensions in inches are 1" in length, .70" in width, and .039" in thickness.

Yield or Serving Size

• Arrezzio dry pasta offers an average of 2.1 lbs cooked product to 1 lb of dry product. This is above average using ONLY 100% freshly-milled durum semolina. No flour added. Recommended serving size for a foodservice operation is 6 ounces or 170 grams.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
