Culinary Applications

• Heat as direct until temp of product reaches at least 165F or 74C. Let it sit for about 20 minutes before portioning. Serve over a bed of rice or noodles or as a entree with a side of salad or vegetables and garlic bread.

Preparation and Cooking Instructions

• Conventional Oven 400F/200C: tent lid, heat for 1hr55min. Remove lid heat for additional 10min or until cheese browned. Convection Oven 350F/ 80C: tent lid, heat for 1hr30min. Remove lid heat for additional 7min or until cheese browned.
