Storage and Usage

• Store in ambiant temperatures. The Valve bag utilizes a bag which is sealed to create an oxygen-free environment. When coffee is roasted and ground, a by-product of the process is the release of carbon dioxide. A one-way valve is inserted into the wall of the coffee bag allowing any residual carbon dioxide to be released while not allowing oxygen to enter. Coffee stays fresh for a minimum of 12 months, until the seal is broken.

Preparation and Cooking Instructions

• Step 1: Select a clean, temperature calibrated brewer. • Step 2: Fill selected brewer with filtered, cold water. • Step 3: Brew coffee with water at a temperature between 195 - 205 degrees (Fahrenheit) or 90 - 96 (Celsius). • Step 4: Serve with whitener & sweetener options. • Note: Recommended 64 oz. of water. Serve within 20 mins of brew, (dependent on serving vessel).

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
