Storage and Usage
• Honey should be stored between 20-24 °C (68-75 F). Honey can be exposed to higher temperatures for brief periods, however, heat damage is cumulative so heat exposure should be limited. It is best to minimize temperature fluctuations and to avoid storing honey near heat sources.
Handling Instructions
• Recommended storage temperature 60-79°F.

• In its natural state, honey will eventually crystallize. It will do so more quickly if exposed to lower temperatures. Though honey is just as sweet and delicious in its crystallized form, you can easily liquefy it to make it easier to pour. To liquify place the container in hot water and let it rest until the crystals dissolve.
