• Product should be kept in a clean environment. • Unopened containers should be kept in a cool, dry place (50-70°F, 10-21°C) away from excess heat and humidity. • Shelf life for unopened containers is 18 months from date of manufacture.

Culinary Applications

• Use to prepare soups, sauces and gravies, or as a flavour-enhancer for roasts, stews, casseroles, stir-fries. Add to vegetables, rice and pasta for added flavour.

Preparation and Cooking Instructions

• Add 1 lb (454 g) base to 3 Imperial gallons (13.6 L) boiling water. • Simmer for 3 minutes. • For small portions add 1 oz (28.4 g) to 30 fl oz (900 mL) boiling water.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
