Culinary Applications:

Parsley Flakes can be used both in and on foods to garnish and flavor canapes, soups, tossed green salads, coleslaw, breads, herb sauces and butter, tomato and meat sauces, stuffings for fish and meats, broiled or fried fish, meats and poultry. 1 tsp (5 mL) is equivalent to 1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh chopped parsley.
