Preparation and Cooking Instructions:

Ready-to-Use: This Alfredo sauce is ready to use. Simply heat and serve as desired
Thawing step : Defrost sealed bag in refrigerator between 2-4 °C (36-39 °F) a minimum of 24 hours before use . Do not overlap bags. Once thawed, and kept below 4° Celsius in the sealed bag, the sauce will have 45 days shelf-life . Further freezing/thawing cycles are not suggested Stove top: Pour the thawed sauce into a saucepan stirring at low heat until temperature reaches 72°C. Microwave: Microwave the thawed sauce until the sauce reaches 72°C. Heating times may vary between microwave ovens.*Once the sauce bag has been open the residual product inside can only stand 3 days in a fridge between 2-4°C (36-39 °F)

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
