We hear a lot about insoluble fibre, often called roughage. This refers to the fibre that passes through our digestive tracts unchanged and undigested. Insoluble fibre adds bulk to stool and this fibre helps move food through the intestines more efficiently. However, for a healthy intestinal tract, we also need soluble fibre.

Soluble Fibre

Soluble fibre is found in certain plant-based foods including fruits, vegetables, legumes, and seeds. It also helps with regularity and can be a “prebiotic” (depending on fibre type) which means it encourages the growth of friendly bacteria for a healthy gut environment.

Soluble fibre attracts water and becomes gel-like or viscous during digestion. This helps normalize transit time, the speed at which food moves through your digestive system, so your bowel movements become consistent, regular, and comfortable.

Soluble Fibre

Most soluble dietary fibre supplements will naturally thicken when mixed with liquid. However, The Right Fibre4 completely dissolves in water and has zero viscosity, making it adaptable for mixing with many beverages.

The Right Fibre4 is made from the guar bean, a plant grown in arid western India. Through modern science and meticulous manufacturing and processing, the plant is transformed by controlled partial enzymatic hydrolysis of guar gum. The end result is partially hydrolyzed guar gum (PHGG).

PHGG is a tasteless white powder, soluble and transparent in water, and has a wide range of use including stabilizing appetite, supporting healthy blood sugar levels when taken with food, and has been clinically shown to be a “regulating fibre.”1,2† So whether your stool is too hard, or too soft, it will help restore it back into a normal, healthier, more comfortable range.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
